piem's homepage
Welcome to Paul Brossier's website. These pages are mostly about Computer Music and Open Source software. You may also find a few other things.
research
I am a research student in Computer Music. Currently I am studying for my PhD at the Centre for Digital Music (DSP and Multimedia Research Group), at Queen Mary College, University of London. My research is about Real Time Object Based Audio Coding. My work homepage will tell you a bit more.
software
For my research, I started developping aubio, a C library for audio labelling, distributed under the GPL license. This is work in progress. More info on the aubio homepage, feedback welcome.
I am involved in the Debian project, a free operating system. You can have a look at the packages maintained by me on this page. You will also find an experimental repository here. I have contributed to some packages found in the Agnula/Demudi distribution.
